My educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in midwifery, and a post-graduate certificate from Frontier Nursing University. An additional post-graduate certificate in psychiatric-mental health was obtained from Wilkes University. Additionally, I received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University. I am triple board certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, nurse midwife, and family nurse practitioner. Believing in the importance of educating our future health care providers, I currently serve as a faculty member teaching future nurse practitioners.
